Meet Christine

I’ve been exercising since I was 17. My reasons for moving have changed, but movement has been a constant throughout my adult life.

At 62, I'm not training because I'm trying to become Ms. Olympia. Although if that's your goal, go for it! 😊

I move because I want to be strong. I want good balance and mobility. I want to feel good physically and mentally. And I want to remain active, capable and independent for as long as possible.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a Senior Fitness Specialization and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

But I'm also right here doing this alongside you, figuring out what healthy aging looks like in my own body as I get older.

Your Starting Point, Coming to Print

I’m excited to share that I’m writing a book, expected in early 2028!

This book brings together what I love teaching: ways to make foundational movements more approachable, whether you’re a beginner or returning to exercise after a long break.

With modifications and step-by-step progressions, I’ll help you find your starting point and build from there.

I can’t wait to share it with you!
